Shipping

We ship Australia wide via Australia post. 

Free Shipping on orders over $120, Australia wide. Automatically applied at checkout.

Our current dispatch time is 2-3 business days. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Dispatch times may be longer during peak periods.

Returns

We will gladly offer an exchange within 14 days of your purchase should you change your mind or the item does not fit.

Returns are subject to the following conditions:

• Item is unworn and unwashed in its original condition
• Proof of purchase
• Items must be returned within the 14 day return period

To initiate an exchange kindly fill out the contact us section or email klearcutco@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number
• The item you would like to return
• The item and size you wish to exchange it for

Please note we produce limited runs and alternate sizes might not always be available but we will always do our best to accommodate.

All return postage costs will be at the expense of the customer.

We are unable to offer refunds unless the item is deemed faulty.
